In this time, F terminal output doesnt change. Note 1. When VCC supply voltage becomes lower, driving capability of IGBT also becomes lower. Accordingly, power dissipation becomes higher and this causes temperature raise of IC. In case of junction temperature exceeds 135C, IC may deteriorate or breakdown. |
