The circuit is built using highCdensity IntegratedCInjection Logic (IIL) processing incorporating high currentCgain PNP and NPN transistors. The ADC0801LCJDW is packaged in an economical surface mount package and specified over an ambient temperature of C40C to 125C with a maximum junction temperature of 150C. |
